Online tickets can be purchased by clicking on the appropriate ticketing option within the relevant Event Page. Choose the event you wish to buy tickets for and click on the ‘Tickets’ button on the right hand side of the page. A drop down menu will show whether the tickets are being sold online and the price. In most cases, there is only one option, in which case it will show as ‘All’ with the amount shown in the ‘Buy’ box as, for instance, 10GBP for £10.  Only when there is a price for an Adult and another for a Child will there be more than one ‘Buy’ button.

Select the ticket you require by clicking on the ‘Buy’ button. You will be taken to the Lymm Festival Box Office screen where you can adjust the number of tickets you require. The ‘Recalculate’ button should then be pressed to update the amount due in the last column.

By clicking on the back arrow at the top left hand corner of the screen, you will be returned to the Event page just visited, where you can continue to buy tickets at different prices for the same event e.g. Adult and Child.

Clicking on the ‘Continue Shopping’ button will return you to the website Events page where you can choose other events you want tickets for and follow the same process. You can buy tickets for multiple events in one purchase; you do not need to do separate transactions for each event.   

When you have selected all the tickets you require, check the Box Office screen to ensure you have everything correct. You can adjust the ticket numbers or remove events on this screen and then remember to click the ‘Recalculate’ button. Then click to choose your preferred method of payment. 

If you have a PayPal account then click on the PayPal button which will take you to the screen where you can login and pay in the normal way. 

However, if you prefer not to pay using PayPal, click on the ‘Checkout’ button. On the next screen, you will be asked to enter your personal details including your email address and telephone number. In most cases, the delivery address will be the same as the billing address so press on ‘Click here if the same as above’ and the boxes will be automatically populated for you. Then click to pay with a debit or credit card. The next screen asks for the card details and once completed click on ‘Pay by Card’.

You will next see confirmation that your order has been completed successfully and also an option to print your tickets off, should you wish to. (Note that if you prefer not to print them, you can simply show the phone screen displaying your tickets at the event.) If you wish to print your tickets, you can do this now or wait until you receive an email with the tickets attached. Press the ‘Click here to print the tickets you have purchased’ button and you will be taken to a screen from which they can be printed. Please note that if you have booked multiple events, you will need to separate the tickets manually and bring only the relevant tickets to the event.

There is no administration charge for buying online tickets.
